My responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and staff development, all while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to airline regulatory standards.Key responsibilities include:• Leading the team responsible for 24-hour operational control, ensuring compliance with Air Operator Certificates (AOCs).• Collaborating with the Standards Manager to maintain consistency and improve service standards.• Building and leading a high-performing operational team, focusing on development, performance management, and training.• Fostering an open, no-blame culture of communication that promotes well-being and engagement.• Forecasting and planning manpower to match business needs and monitoring shift patterns to optimise performance and employee satisfaction.• Driving change by identifying improvements, managing recruitment, and monitoring workforce efficiency.• Producing high-quality reports on performance and operational data to inform management decisions.Through strong leadership, I foster an efficient team that consistently delivers operational excellence while maintaining a customer-centric approach. I also deputise for the Head of Operations Control when required, ensuring smooth operations in their absence.
