We are a specialist commercial roofing contractor covering the North of England, carrying out both flat and pitched roofing, specialist leadwork,waterproofing of carparks+ planned maintenance. During the recession we have focused mainly on flat roofing, but it is now the time to \"stick our head above the parapet again! we are approved contractors of Sarnafil and Resitrix waterproofing. A typical new build project would be installing metal deck, single ply waterproofing, PPC fascia and soffits, mansafe, PPC downpipes, rooflights and access hatch, up to the value of 0.5 million and even higher if we get paid on time by the MC!Work hard and play hard.I then left school! I now like to follow the wise words my barrister once passed on to me \" David, no one on their death bed has ever said. I wish I had spent more time in the office \" and to that there is no answer!Turned down the opportunity to go to numerous universities! Preferring to attend Leeds College of Building for Slating & Tiling YTS scheme Working for various roofing contractors learning built up felt roofing, single ply roofing and sheeting & cladding. I have been a member of the institute of roofing since the age of 24. Formed Protech Roofing in 1996 with my wife with an Astra Van and a credit card (which im still paying off!).
