As part of the Service Delivery team, primary responsibility is to ensure the availability of critical Financial applications and help to coordinate the resolution of end user problems, providing an appropriate level of escalation as needed. In addition :• Interface with the Finance community and Business Process Owners to coordinate IT services for key financial closing & consolidation applications including legacy and multiple ERP systems.• Build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and service partners.• Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the Financial Closing suite of applications• Assist with management of third party support vendors to ensure prompt problem resolution and root cause analysis to prevent repeat IT issues.• Engage as needed with IT transformation efforts to exit from legacy systems.
