Responsible for the maintenance, support and innovation of VSE mainframe software: MPact - VSAM data compression and expansion TCP/IP for VSE - Full stack solution for data transmission on IBM mainframes Alert for VSE - Security suite for VSE Alert for CICS - Security suite for CICS Responsible for the research and development of a network traffic hardware appliance based on ARM architecture. It is intended to implement a patented networking protocol to reduce traffic congestion. This device can alternatively be used to run software intended for mainframes. Responsible for the research and development of an OpenAI API powered chatbot that provides technical support to internal staff specific to our software product line. After thorough internal testing this will be utilized as a customer facing support agent. Internally, this will also include relevant z/OS, z/VSE and z/VSEn technical support information. Responsible for the creation of documentation for new products, updates and training purposes.
