As an experienced Senior Apprenticeship Manager my career has thrived from the many opportunities that I have had the pleasure of being involved in. Either as an Employer to Apprentices, as a Training Provider or as an Employer-Provider, each building on my wealth of knowledge and skills in both Apprenticeship Delivery and Operations. Throughout my career within the FE and Skills sector my passion for outstanding Apprenticeship Provision and Learner experience has been my motivation and today is as strong as ever, either through managing a delivery team, through enhancing Apprenticeship programmes and delivery methods or through being an integral part of Apprenticeship operational backbone. The most satisfying part of my career has always been how I can support someone’s journey, directly or indirectly, watching them develop and then succeed!
