As Food and Beverage Director, I provide comprehensive strategic and operational leadership across all F&B outlets, including signature restaurant, bars, banquets, in-room dining, private bars, and amenities. I spearhead the annual budgeting process by analyzing proformas, market trends, and property performance to set achievable, growth-oriented financial goals. I develop and execute a forward-thinking Management Plan, using data analysis and industry insight to guide decision-making and consistently deliver on budgeted revenue and profitability targets.I lead recruitment, training, and performance development for all F&B managers and associates, creating a service-driven culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and excellence. I maintain an active presence during daily service periods to support operational flow, coach in real-time, and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration. I address service gaps through critical analysis and root cause resolution, while sustaining expert knowledge of culinary offerings and ensuring service standards are met across all touchpoints.I drive top-line growth through the development and execution of a property-specific F&B marketing plan that integrates corporate resources with grassroots strategies owned by the team. I maximize dining room profitability through effective reservation and floor management, ensuring high-turn efficiency without compromising guest satisfaction. I collaborate closely with Sales, Lifestyle, and Culinary leaders to create impactful, brand-aligned events. I oversee the maintenance of F&B facilities and the accuracy of inventory, purchasing, and vendor invoicing to ensure operational excellence.
