In my present role, I am managing the North American Change Advisory Board and executing Disaster Recovery exercises for our high critical locations in North America. The change management process ensures deployed change requests protect the integrity of the North American IT ecosystem. The disaster recovery exercises ensure the disaster recovery team can recover the local IT infrastructure and minimize down time. My previous role was managing the Enterprise IT practice portfolio of strategic and non-strategic programs and projects within Schneider Digital to enable business strategy and obtain maximum value from IT investments. Stakeholders include Global Finance, Enterprise IT, Global Development, Regional CIOs, and local leaders.As a Sr Manager, I developed learning paths for all levels project and program managers in Information Technology at Schneider Electric. This includes an on-line curriculum that supports major learning initiatives around our delivery framework and tools, diversity, communication and agile. I have also created and deployed a best in class mentoring program for project and program managers around the world. Most recent success is achieving the Active Community Label for the Schneider Digital Program, Project, and Agilist Community three years in a row. In the Senior level project manager role, I have run a project management office, develop mission critical project planning, manage resources and capacity, manage cross-functional and multi-cultural teams, and apply technology to achieve key objectives. Exceptional ability to build and maintain solid business relationships with management, customers, staff, and end-users with a background in budget and staff management, project lead, quality standards and staff reviews. I am proven leader who is able manage change and deliver solid business results.

These exercises are in place for the disaster recovery teams to exercise and test the disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in the event a disaster occurs.
