Prior to his experience at YMCA of the USA, David worked with four other large associations, the YMCA of Central Kentucky, the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, the YMCA of Metropolitan Detroit and the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. David holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. David is married and he and his wife Viki have four children.
