   Lead an operation team of site implementation specialists. Work cross functionally with Engineering, Project Management, Transportation Management and Clients to ensure a successful start-up of operations after acquisition, this includes warehouse design, setup, inbound and outbound operations. Work cross functionally on Warehouse Management Software (WMS) configuration/solutioning on new site start-ups. Developed, implement and train new operational standard work instructions (SWI\'s) for new site start-ups and ensured update in internal QMS systems. Directly handle milestones, project workflows and resourcing for assigned projects/clients during site start-ups. Learned, utilized, and trained new site start-ups in 3 different WMS systems in 2022 (WaveTrak/Prism, Blue Yonder, WMS10 and WMX) Directly handle milestones, project workflows and resourcing for assigned projects/clients during site start-ups Act as the primary operational implementation management leader for (Raytheon Manchester and Zebra – Kenosha sites)
