   As the Office Manager at Bethesda, I oversee the day-to-day operations that keep our nonprofit running smoothly and sustainably. My primary responsibilities include financial stewardship, personnel management, and program administration, ensuring that our mission-driven work is supported by strong internal systems and efficient use of resources. Beyond those core areas, I also serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and community members, managing reception and coordinating countless administrative functions behind the scenes. In a small but mighty nonprofit, “office manager” means wearing many hats: accountant, HR coordinator, event support, systems organizer, and all-around problem solver, each contributing to our larger mission of healing and preventing the trauma of childhood sexual abuse.
