I\'m a former practicing lawyer and the founder of Marcus Recruiting. For 20 years, I\'ve specialized in the highest-quality permanent legal recruiting, in Texas and around the country. My background includes years of practicing law, and now legal recruiting and legal search consulting. After graduating near the top of my class, almost 20 years ago from Syracuse University College of Law, I spent several years handling high-stakes litigation at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, one of the largest law firms in the world, and one of the Top 10 most profitable. There I worked with and against lawyers in Texas and around the country. Now, many of those former colleagues are my most loyal and long-standing clients. Developing relationships with established attorneys, and having a deep and current institutional knowledge of the market, are two big reasons why Marcus Recruiting has become one of the best names in premier legal recruiting.
