I worked in Real Estate Sales and Fee Appraisal for 3 years before moving onto Mass Appraisal (Assessor\'s office) in 2003. I worked for the City of Newton for 2 years and then transitioned to Regional Resource Group Inc; a private company that sub contracts with municipalities that need assistance within their Assessors office; whether it is running the office, special projects, Interim Valuations or Certifications with Dept of Revenue. Manage and train a staff of 14 for the service of 34 client communities, over 34billion in assessed valuation, consisting of over taxable parcels and almost 5,800 personal property accounts. Sits on the Board of Assessors for Harvard, Millville I currently hold the following: Massachusetts Accredited Assessor designation, Certified Residential Appraisal license and MA Real Estate salesperson license. I continue to perform independent appraisals in the greater Central Worcester County area for mortgage refinance, new mortgage purchase, divorce settlement, estate planning/settlement, market value analysis, highest and best use analysis.
