Manage, drive and progress the coaching and development of players aged U13 to U14• Oversee and manage the U15 to U16 and U12 ag- groups as and when required• Plan, organise and deliver structured, innovative, technical and tactical training sessions• Deliver these to individual players and the collective squad• Proactively support players along the development pathway• Facilitate their progression into senior squads• Work with individual players to identify specific strengths and weaknesses• Deliver one -to-one drills to improve on these • Produce reports to detail players’ progression• Liaise with players, guardians and management staff to discuss their development• Create a nurturing environment in which young players are encouraged to learn and develop• Act as a mentor to guide young players in terms of professional behaviours and standards• Lead on all match day operations, including selection, decision making and team talks
