Coordinates the activities of these areas with other areas & Divisions of the Authority. • Serves on the Senior Staff working on various special projects of the Authority. Coordinate meetings, create agendas, provides advice, and manage assigned projects. Prepares legal agreements, memos, letters, and various SOPs for the various projects assigned. Prepares various management and project status reports. Provides recommendations and guidance on how best to complete identified projects. • Represents the Authority in contacts with public officials, Authority Members, staff, industry professionals and the general public, answering questions, providing assistance, and resolving problems and making presentations on various items. Needed responses and actions taken on inquiries are completed timely. • Performance Management Accountability- Provides continuous feedback to employees using specific terms regarding work performance - Conducts annual performance appraisals according to policy - Helps employees identify areas of strength and areas for development - Instructs and demonstrates ways that employees may improve performance or gain new skills - Encourages feedback from employees regarding performance management - Makes recommendations for promotions, demotions, and corrective discipline actions of employees.
