Dave works in various capacities in the design of a variety of Transportation projects. He helps design traffic management plans, perform constructability reviews, quality control and quality assurance reviews, perform quantity take-offs, create estimates for projects among other project tasks. Performed Construction Management and Inspection Services for a variety of clients, including the State of Vermont Agency of Transportation and a number of municipalities in Vermont, on bridge, highway and infrastructure projects. Was a Field Engineer on the $14 million Winooski, Vermont Downtown Redevelopment Project that included large scale new and reconstructed utilities, roadways and parks. Have been a Civil Engineer on Vermont AOT bridge, roadway and paving projects since 2006. Spent two winters working with the Vermont Agency of Transportation on project design quality assurance through plan and constructability reviews.
