I joined Niandan at inception and helped build the firm into an established frontier-market investment and advisory platform. From the ground up, I co-launched the Republic of Guinea’s first domestic venture fund, shaping its investment strategy, governance frameworks, and due diligence processes, and growing a pipeline of over 100 SMEs. Alongside the CEO, I manage day-to-day operations across geographies, while also driving capital deployment and investor engagement.Beyond fund-building, I established Niandan’s advisory practice, supporting global investors entering Guinea’s natural resources and infrastructure sectors. I oversee legal agreements, compliance, HR, and corporate systems.At the same time, I lead venture-building efforts in energy access, affordable housing, and carbon markets, turning strategic ideas into operating businesses. The breadth of my role requires me to translate ambiguity into structure, balance strategic vision with operational execution, and build cross-functional teams capable of driving impact in challenging markets.
