Senior leadership position responsible for workplace culture and office services. • SF new lease and build out for PGP Title HQ in Dallas; oversaw end-to-end from site-selection to occupancy. • Steadily reduced year-over-year operating expenses by implementing new workplace strategies and technologies for greater space efficiency and productivity
