David has a wide depth of experience in ediscovery Project Management with extensive experience working for large and small vendors in both domestic and international projects. David has provided high level project management skills, consulting, implementation and ongoing support to clients in all phases of discovery, with an emphasis on strategic use of tools and technology. David has end to end RCA skill sets from collection and processing through case management, production and archive. David has worked to effectively consult with clients through every stage of ediscovery – from initial project scoping and collections through plan development, processing, review and productions – making efforts to ensure every project considers risk mitigation and the most efficient and cost-effective methodologies. David demonstrates depth across a wide range of practice areas and legal services and brings strong focus, process management and analytical decision making skills to every matter. David also managed a regional Client Services office and worked as a Manager for Review Services in Washington, D.C. Recognizing the high-stakes and complexity of ediscovery and data review, David provides an integrated approach to ediscovery by using the best people, services and technology. In addition to his experience with ediscovery vendors, David worked for the University of Idaho College of Law advising students, was Sr. Manager for Discovery and Managed Review Solutions at CPA Global in Washington, D.C, and Assistant Vice President for Legal Delivery at an outsourced legal services provider based in Mumbai, India. In addition, David has extensive commercial litigation practice experience at large Washington, D.C. and Boise, Idaho law firms.David has managed very large, complex and lengthy projects, involving dozens of attorneys working on multi-million document matters with tight deadlines. Many of these cases involved multiple languages across numerous world locations. David has specific case experience involving products liability, patent infringement, commercial disputes, contracts, construction, real estate, FCPA, government investigations, antitrust and bankruptcy, among others.
