We also provide site safety support with short term staffing solutions. I started Peak Safety in 2015 to establish a premiere safety training and human performance consulting resource for companies that want to build a high-performance safety culture. Peak Safety specializes in human performance improvement (HPI), root cause analysis, safety leadership training, and safety culture building. We also help clients develop strategic safety plans that address everyday challenges. With safety improvement Initiatives and safety leadership training, Peak Safety Performance can solve problems and achieve client goals. Other services include; OSHA compliance training, safety audits, leading indicator development, contractor safety management, incident investigation & root cause analysis training, and strategic planning for safety.
