About David Lyle
A non-profit guy at heart, I\'ve spent over 15 years supporting people from all walks of life who are seeking to enter/re-enter the workforce in a variety of capacities. I\'ve worked with people with disabilities, veterans, college students, formerly incarcerated, career changers and many more across a decade in non-profit workforce development. More recently, I managed the national recruiting efforts for the Emerging Talent Software Engineer program which pipelines talent from nontraditional educational backgrounds into entry level technology roles across 8 JPMC tech centers in North America. Currently, at Wells Fargo, I lead the recruiting efforts in the Emerging Talent space by supporting programs that provide unique and diverse talent an entryway to a career in financial services across all of our lines of business.
