Additionally, we provide financial modelling services for a wide range of energy-related technologies and use cases.In my current role as a Nordic Power Market Advisor, my responsibilities include- Developing a machine learning tool to determine water values for hydro reservoir power plants in Nordic bidding zones- Power market modelling and price projections (day-ahead wholesale electricity and ancillary services)- Cross market dispatch optimization and gross margin projections for battery electric storage systems (BESS)- System and economic impact analysis of large renewable project supported with CfD scheme and determining the CfD strike price- Calculating site-specific capture prices (GWAs) of renewable energy systems (RES)- Analyzing market fundamental data, grid connection regulatory frameworks, and prerequisites for large energy users- Buy and sell side financial due diligence of RES and BESS assets- Conducting market fundamentals research and analysis of Nordic countries
