My history is interesting: While just starting my professional career, my mother saw an advertisement for an assistant banquet manager at a new Miami airport hotel and submitted my resume for the position. I was hired, and thanks to my Mom, launched my hospitality career. I excel at making new connections, efficiently working to meet project goals, identifying opportunities, and developing impactful solutions. Thoughtful communication is essential to establishing working relationships with internal and external parties and colleagues, and I am highly focused and results-oriented while managing competing priorities, supporting deadline-driven operations, and providing resourceful resolution to daily challenges.
