   I oversee all operations in the mortgage education company with the help of a group of highly talented individuals and support staff. I have been in the mortgage industry since 1980 as an owner and principal. I have also been a state regulator, certified national instructor and consultant for large multi-billion dollar institutions. I have managed all facets of the mortgage business: • Sales, marketing, finance, operations and training. • Corporate structuring, organization and staffing. • Financial planning and budgeting, • Sales and marketing planning, business development and sales execution. I am a domain expert pertaining to the mortgage industry and been asked to be an expert witness in court cases.I have been the state president for several mortgage associations and a past Commissioner at the Division of Real Estate.
