Responsible for the management of a major programme of work in the construction and/ or rail industry which will have multiple interfaces and will have a positive effect on transport in the South West in the future, these include• Flood Resilience on the Great Western Route – attenuation ponds/ lagoon, the raising of a highway, construction of a “super culverts” and the removal of Weirs• Geo-Environmental Resilience of the Exeter to Newton Abbot line – New sea wall defences, land reclamation and stabilisation of cliffs at Teignmouth• Platform Extensions across the Great Western Route• Access for All schemes across the Great Western Route (Platform Lifts)• Refurbishment of English Heritage Grade 1 listed structures - London Paddington Station & Royal Albert Bridge (£53m)
