David\'s knowledge of the intricate details surrounding commercial transactions is heightened by his experience as the managing member of several real estate investment holding companies. By understanding and modeling successful practices in various venues of the real estate arena, David utilizes his in-depth knowledge and experience to ensure his clients\' success. Outside the office, David enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family. He is also actively involved in United Way, Empty Bowls and Monongalia County Development Authority.
