Responsible for the talent development of our companies team members and 270+ stores (located in 6 states). Responsibilities include: design/develop and implementation of operation and training initiatives to ensure we have the best trained team members in the retail business. This includes the development of innovative training tools for our team members (micro-learning, QR codes, SOPs, virtual learning and innovative learning and communication solutions.)- Use of QR code learning in handheld or mobile devices- Creation of project timelines and rollout processes- Partner with multiple areas and leadership of the Meijer business on initiatives and processes- Partner with development vendors on learning solutions- Creation of many executive summary for major initiatives- Continue to look for innovative learning methods- Designed and implemented a Customer Service initiative to support the company’s culture and ensure teams are providing exceptional services following our Truly Human Service model.(Won the Brandon Hall Gold Award)- Design of a new uniform redesign for stores team members and leaders- My team trained and was a part of our Inventory Management System to improve backroom efficiencies.
