Responsible for developing test plans for validating component performance under radiation effects such as Neutron Displacement Damage (NDD), Total Ionization Dose (TID) and Gamma Dose Rate (DR) to meet CCA, LRU and system requirements. Leading device radiation testing with external radiation labs such as WSMR, RTS and VPT to name a few. Primary mentor of Raytheon’s junior engineers to develop test as you fly qualification test plans and including interpretation of test results for populating of the Hardness Critical Items List (HCIL) deliverable.
