Senior Event Manager managing all logistics from the hotel side for Group Events with over 300 room nights on peaks, as well as social catering functions as well. Translate event specifications into Banquet Event orders for both Meeting Services, banquet team, and culinary department. Produce detailed resumes for the hotel to prepare for group arrival focusing on arrival/departure experience, all contracted concessions, VIP individuals for the group, anticipated outlet usage, exhibit and outside production vendors, and all necessary information for a successful conference. Working as the liaison for our clients between all the partners of the hotel such as DMC, in house AV, In house receiving company, parking management, along with outlet sales managers. Perform all pre planning site visits for upcoming programs assigned along with leading the pre convention meeting to prepare for an event’s arrival. Partner closely with banquets and culinary to ensure meal logistics of all food and beverage programs are seamless as well as address all custom menu requests and dietary restrictions/allergens of attendees.
