1. Chief Administrative Officer

   Cincinnati Art Museum

   Jan 2010 — Present

   Manage all functions of the daily operations of one of the oldest art museums in the country,a regional cultural icon with over interior visitors annually and visitors to the new sculpture park and Art Climb. Oversee the following departments: Building & Grounds, Conservation, Design, Development, Exhibitions, Learning & Interpretation, Library & Archives, Marketing, Registration, Security and Visitor Services. Serve as a primary advisor to the Director on all strategic communications and outreach efforts, especially local, state and national government funding strategies, corporate relations and foundations support. Secured capital funding through major individual gift solicitations to renovate the historic former Art Academy building; construction was completed in spring 2013, on-time and under budget. Recently completed a $65 million dollar campaign to implement the strategic plan of the Museum - supporting capital, endowment and programmatic goals. Personally closed multiple seven-figure gifts. Recently completed projects under my management include Carl Jacobs Study Center, Marek Weaver Family Commons, Eckerle Classroom and Koetters Classroom. Collaborate with all members of the Board of Trustees to develop and implement long-term strategic goals, with specific focus on Building & Grounds, Development and Nominating & Governance committees of the Board. For Nominating, tasked to meet with all prospective board members to detail responsibilities and decide their qualifications to serve.
