   Exmar Offshore Company (EOC), based in Houston, is a engineering services and project development company with expertise in floating production systems, offshore drilling, floating wind and offshore renewables. EOC is the designer of the OPTI semi-submersible floating production platform. The OPTI was conceived as a standard, yet scalable, floating solution that achieves superior motions performance with high cost efficiency. Three deepwater production facilities of this design have been in operation since 2011. A fourth facility is currently under construction and will be installed in the Gulf of Mexico. While EOC prides itself on its OPTI design its experience and knowledge in floating structures goes well beyond its in-house design. With decades of experience it is currently working on detailed engineering of third party designs for floating production systems in the US and Mexican Gulf of Mexico.EOC is highly innovative company comprised of a team of skilled individuals driven to bring solutions to the marine industry. Based on its successful and proven track record for floating infrastructure design EOC is working to apply this experience and knowledge to offshore renewables.As EOC\'s Managing Director, it has been a privilege to have assembled a talented group of individuals who have a sincere passion for the work that EOC does. Our lessons learned have been captured by the people performing the work.
