My expertise has been derived from nearly two decades of building envelope focused contractor, consulting, commissioning, and post-secondary education/instruction based experience.Throughout my career, I have been purposeful in leveraging my strengths and seeking opportunities to grow. This intentionality has allowed me to navigate meaningful transitions, take on new challenges, and contribute to impactful projects.I am deeply committed to empowering others, fostering an environment where colleagues can thrive and find fulfillment in their careers. Mentorship—both formal and project-based—is a cornerstone of my leadership philosophy, enabling me to steward careers while learning from those around me.My guiding principle is simple: never stop learning. I am passionate about expanding my technical knowledge, bridging theory and practical application to create solutions that deliver tangible value. My goal is to collaborate with exceptional people, on meaningful projects, for clients who inspire trust and ambition—creating outcomes that are greater than the sum of their parts.At my core, I care deeply about the success and growth of individuals and teams.
