Helping organisations improve efficiency is my focus. My experience, from 20 years at Experian and now over 4 years as an independent consultant focuses on the integration of automated processes driven by insights derived from all available data sources. I have worked directly with client and supplier organisations to implement solutions and deliver new market propositions.My experience now covers strategic programme management, proposition development, overseeing the implementation of acquisition systems, debt management systems, credit data sharing programs, data analytics and digital customer engagement.In order to successfully deliver projects, it has been essential to developed expertise in investment modelling, stakeholder management, and proposition development.Outside of work I enjoy being a member of a relatively dysfunctional family, keep myself happy playing golf most frequently, skiing less frequently and occasionally sailing boats.
