Formed Waters first cloud software team in October 2022, filled in key leadership and technology roles to spearhead the technology and workforce transformation of a 400+ person software business. Launched Waters’ first SaaS product in 2023, two more in 2024 including Waters’ first AI/ML-based features, and consistently executed on a roadmap of monthly updates to generate new value and recurring revenue.
