Provides design work and support for Europe, Middle East, Asia and the US.• Working closely with the Creative Services team to provide support to the Business Development and other departments.• Provides the layout and design for marketing materials used by Latham & Watkins including logo designs, advertisements, client alerts and other newsletters, practice brochures, announcements, client event and seminar materials.• Designs Word and PowerPoint templates, social and seminar invitations, and HTML bulletins all within the established branding style guide.• Works on all design features of various projects from conception, design, production, and post production.• In charge of client email invitations for design. Review and approve electronic invitations for social events, seminars and webcasts before going out to clients, from a design perspective.• Provides initial layout and design of project to appropriate person for approval, and works with Manager and other designers to complete the project.• Researches strategies to portray the appropriate layout and artistic concept desired.• Liaises with firm vendors on print production, and ensures maintenance of positive relationships with vendors.• Consults with the client to ensure exemplary results are obtained.
