Highly driven Area Manager with a proven track record of elevating teams to be the best version of themselves. I currently look after the whole of Scotland but have over the years lead areas of various sizes between Scotland and England. A pillar of wagamama, joining at restaurant number 23 and through various roles which have taken me all over the UK and as far as Australia, playing my part in ensuring the brands continuous success. A former Area Manager of the year with keen eye for talent and empowering teams to be self-sufficient while living and breathing the brand values. Fully trained in insights and uniquely lead with 2 opposing colours as blue and yellow my joint lead energies. Always analytical, structured with a clear detailed plan while bringing high energy and the ability to secure team buy in. Proud to have installed pride and purpose with our restaurant leaders with relentless focus on our teams feeling the same love and respect as our guests as echoed by my team in our yearly internal team engagement survey. I love creating systems and structured ways of working that gives my team and my peers the tools to ensure they can run successful, profitable businesses with the ability to spot opportunities quickly. I proudly held the north region for a 3-month period back in 2022 looking after close to 60 restaurants and leading 5 Area Managers. A highly enjoyable experience that gave me a taste of wanting more personal growth
