About David Lee
I am the Human Resources Manager for Phoenix Industries. Before that I was the Director of Human Resources for Griswold Home Care. I held that position for 6 years. I was also employed at BJ’s Wholesale Club for one year as the Human Resources Manager for the club. I received my BS in Business Management with a double minor in Human Resources and Interpersonal Communications. I am able to use my interpersonal skills to build mutually beneficial relationships between our customers and different internal departments to drive volume and satisfaction for all parties involved. I have a firm understanding of profit and loss; am highly motivated, a great team player, very versatile, and can multitask extremely well. I have an innate desire to make my team/company better to allow us all to win. I’m a fast learner and am very approachable.
