July 21 to Aug22- Establish and embed the use of a new hybrid agile/waterfall delivery methodology within SME digital and change- Full end to end delivery accountability for a Confirmation of Payee SME solution, Fraud System (IBM Trusteer) enhancements to support reduction of APP fraud-Mobile Application technical changes within the SME account onboarding process to enable digital authentication. Jan21-to Sept 21 £900k. Full end to end delivery accountability for the upgrade to the Retail and SME digital authentication platform (Activid). Plus third party oversight of server upgrades to Redhat Linux and websphere. May20- Jan21£1.5m. Full end to end delivery accountability of a digital authentication token solution for the Banks SME customers. Oversight and management of multiple application vendors and a global infrastructure supplier. Aug 19-May20Delivered through to implementation a complex £10m+ programme of activity to upgrade the Banks Core Mortgage Platform (Acquisition, Service and Arrears Management)+ new product integrations (inc general ledger) and IT infrastructure. Multiple project work stream oversight, 20+FTE in core delivery team. Plus oversight of third party software provider, global IT infrastructure supplier and operational outsourcer.
