EGINA Project – TOTAL – Nigeria- Readiness, mobilization and offshore operation of SAIPEM FDS2 and Normand Maximus- Responsible of all scope of installation of SAIPEM FDS2 and Normand Maximus- Project representative onboard installation vessel. Monitoring offshore operation, installation and fabrication onboard installation vessels- Technical and logistic support from onshore base in country- Interface between engineering, construction vessel, marine operation, ASSET management, onshore fabrication and all subcontractors- Review of installation procedure- Prepares/assists with project reporting- Oversees procurement of equipment and installation aids, and the timely shipping of all vendor items to job site (utilizing the Purchasing Department)- Establishment of contract for mobilization of HLV- Establishment of subcontractor contract- Manages and oversees subcontractors for construction and installation activities.
