Identified areas included; new business and fee for service estimating, capacity management, tools and reporting. • Responsible for the design, coordination and development of HR Services five year strategic business plan. • Identified 40% in cost reductions for new payroll implementations through standardization, work processes and organization related improvements. • Directly responsible for headcount and site strategy for Implementation organization. • Responsible for capacity planning/staffing and call volume management for 700 fte phone organization • Provide estimating capabilities for all new business and fee for service opportunities. • Responsible for all aspects of capacity management including our Channel and Systems partners.
