Oversee all Project and supplier quality management operations within type 26 Instrumentation and submarine control systems; report to Head of Quality L3Harris. Deliver expert-level and professional quality assurance and control guidance to meet all quality standards. Assess and review supplier and Project quality plans and provide effective recommendation to improve deliverables against contractual requirements and standards. Dealing with suppliers and Customer to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined and delivered.• Quality Lead for all aspects of delivery of Control Consoles for use on undersea vessels.• Direct engagement with supplier in support of delivery programme.• Liaison with customer Quality Assurance, Field Engineer, supplier and internal stakeholders.• Working with supply chain to close out open actions.• Selection, on-boarding and development of new suppliers in response to Project needs.• Devised and implemented event planner, increasing efficiency of QA resource and ensuring coverage of key events.
