Analyze daily fluids reports and make recommendations as needed. Hire, train, supervise and schedule employees and consultants. Ensure safety procedures are followed by our personnel on rig sites and while driving. Approve payroll for field hands. Work with Neumeier team to research offset information and use basin experience to assist in drilling fluids programs for customers. Participate in weekly team conferences to improve our service and safety standards. Meet with customers in their offices and in the field to discuss ongoing and upcoming operations. Troubleshoot fluids and assist in diagnosing hole problems. Use solids control efficiency tracking to make better use of materials and equipment. Track liquid OBM volumes. Maintain testing equipment and have it calibrated as needed.
