USF Alumni focused technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and have spent the last 4 years working help desk support in the health care sector. I\'ve had the opportunity to work on various projects, from network upgrade to cloud printer deployment and vulnerability patching at Women\'s Care OBGYN. My colleagues would classify me as a customer-centric and creative problem solver, and a collaborator in interdepartmental teams. I have also been promoted to the IT Help Desk Supervisor role during my tenure here at Women\'s Care. My passion is in technology and helping people. Ultimately, I enjoy helping others and I thrive in an environment that will allow me help others.
