An example of Core Capital’s activities is its investment in Winkler Companies where Core Capital’s affiliate is the managing partner. Winkler Companies, which is a complete water midstream solution provider, services major E&P operators in the Delaware Basin in West Texas as well as local municipalities. The following are some of the companies under the Winkler umbrella: 1. Winkler Services is the owner of water rights under more than contiguous acres of land located in the heart of the Delaware Basin. This resource supplies water, in large quantities, to E&P operators and local municipalities. Winkler Midstream is the owner of more than 50 miles of water conveyance in both Winkler and Loving counties in the Delaware Basin. The majority of the conveyance system consists of 20” and 24” diameter buried PVC pipe enabling on-demand delivery of up to barrels of water per day to multiple E&P customers simultaneously. Winkler Solutions is the owner and operator of Salt Water Disposal Rights and wells (SWDs) in multiple locations in the Delaware basin enabling the company to gather, dispose and/or recycle across more that 200 square miles. Winkler Sand owns sand mining rights over approximately 4,800 acres and more than two miles of rail access ideally suited for a transload facility and in-basin sand mining located approximately 5 miles north of Kermit, TX with ample access to highways, natural gas and water. Core Capital relies on its expertise in structuring, executing and providing capital to traditional companies in need of unconventional funding. Such companies may be facing complex situations that are difficult for a traditional capital provider to address, typically due to credit or asset complexity issues.
