In my role as a Principal Consultant, I do the following: Lead the delivery of digital infrastructure and transformation programmes, aligning IT strategy with client business objectives across defence, transport, and healthcare sectors. Provide expert consulting in enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and data resilience, including modelling over 500 business processes to support the redesign of DE & S’s operating model. Manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure—ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee multi-disciplinary teams and supplier relationships across programmes valued at over £50 million, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and risk management. Develop and implement digital strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce duplication, and enhance system resilience—achieving up to 35% improvement in application landscape efficiency. Represent Turner & Townsend in client engagements and partnership programmes, contributing to business development, stakeholder management, and thought leadership in digital transformation.
