About David Kraehmer

From an early age, I became fascinated with understanding why people are who they are. Understanding how our institutions shape the human experience drove me to get involved with community outreach and advocacy programs. Interning with my county commission and doing work on a congressional campaign allowed me to see firsthand how law and policy directly affect families and communities. This fueled my passion for family law, making me eager to help and understand others in my work.Now, I am a second-year student at the University of Florida pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law within the Honors Program. I serve as a Staffer on the University of Florida’s Model United Nations Team and as Director of Recruitment for Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity. Outside of these roles, I am involved in the Pre-Legal Honor Society, where I continue to develop the advocacy and interpersonal skills essential to a career in law.As an aspiring family law attorney, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through advocacy, mediation, and understanding. I hope to gain hands-on experience in the legal field through internships that allow me to apply my studies to real-world situations like helping families find clarity and resolution during times of uncertainty
