Overseeing the Education Abroad team to meet university education abroad goals• Overseeing semester, summer, year-long and short-term programs hosted by program providers or partner universities abroad• Coordinating program evaluation and assessment of global learning goals and outcomes• Developing study abroad travel courses in collaboration with TU Faculty throughout the lifecycle of faculty-led travel courses.• Assisting faculty in the program proposal process and selecting appropriate provider organizations, overseeing program logistics, student advising, scholarship administration, and enrollment processes• Reviewing budgets for faculty-led travel courses• Expand virtual exchange and internships abroad opportunities.• Serving as the primary lead for crisis response involving students, faculty and staff abroad, liaising with TU Emergency Management team, University leadership, parents, and other stakeholders• Supervising staff in their roles of student advisement and outreach; managing the education abroad marketing plan and strategies• Working with colleges and departments to update, renew or cancel existing partnership agreements.• Representing the CGE at campus, community, and national meetings as requested.• Coordinating the logistics of campus visits for international visitors.
