David is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the practice including budgeting and finance, operations, human resources, recruiting and retention of staff and providers, business development, technology and customer service. David is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Executives (AAOE) who has presented and participated in panels and at the annual conference.
