   At Leeb Capital Management, I was responsible for bringing in clients and establishing a relationship based on the clients financial needs and wants. Being that every client or potential client has different financial requirements, it was incumbant on me to understand the individual as a person and not just a \"account.\" I would pay attention to every detail, from age to income, did they have children, did they want to grow, how risk averse were they, or were they retired, I wanted to understand each potential client or current client as if they were family. At the end of the day, if the client slept well at night knowing he or she were in good hands, so did I and if a client called me, panicking, at one AM, I would pick up and calm he or she down. The market is cyclical and people do get nervous. The SELL button is hit more frequently then the buy, and so in a fear driven business, I always remained calm, steady, and more then anything, honest, when it came to my clients. Visit
