Currently, I am managing real property acquisitions for large public and private investment clients actively doing business throughout Florida. My expertise to the Tampa market is heavily relied upon for asset identification, repair evaluation, initial offer valuation, file negotiation and ease of process to contract execution. Clients include Koncept Investments llc. Trident Asset Management, Waypoint Homes Inc, Transcendence, AH4R, Vertica Partners and True Investments Inc. At Vertica Partners my focus was in acquisition of real property in 6 Central Florida counties for Beazer Homes. First, I performed on site pre-purchase inspection of over 1100 properties. Later, I would act as the point man for post acquisition management on nearly 600 acquired Class A assets. Tasked at gathering data on each of these assets I was literally on site of each property regularly. I continue to play a role as Senior Partner with BASEC. Over the 5 years I have worked directly with President Otis Jackson to formulate strategy and realize a plan to partner with indigenous leaders and raise standards of living throughout Nigeria and South Sudan. I have contributed to joint venture initiation, supply chain planning, and countless hours of direct negotiation in-country. As a project manager with Impact Media, I contributed to publications in The Times of London, The Washington Post, and Forbes Magazine. With my ability to engage and connect with international VIPs, I accepted full accountability for setting up stories, finding angles, and accessing thought leaders for interviews. A serial entrepreneur with a growing portfolio of contacts in 7 countries throughout Europe, Africa, and Latin America, I offer a blend of insights in operations, marketing, start-ups, and joint ventures.
