Social impact manager supporting community benefits and engagement through construction projects for Robertson Eastern.In this role I,· Manage and deliver the social impact requirements of projects for Robertson Construction· Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant local stakeholders, e.g. clients, potential clients, education organisations, public and third sector organisations, local communities etc.· Produce and present monthly social and community impact reports for sites, senior management, group board, clients and other key stake holders. · Support sites in preparing for Considerate Constructor Scheme (CCS) visits. · Create and facilitate impactful education and employability programs. · Create and organize relevant and impactful training opportunities for staff and communities.· Plan and deliver activities relevant to the National TOMs and Robertson Group key work streams to meet client, regional and group KPIs.· Create and facilitate work experience opportunities for local education, employability and public sector stakeholders e.g. school students, job center customers etc.· Build and maintain working relationships with key sub-contractors and suppliers.· Organise and facilitate impactful volunteering opportunities including traditional volunteering and professional volunteering.· Plan and facilitate site visits for schools, education and local communities. · Regularly share examples of social impact activities and best practice internally and via social media (LinkedIn) to showcase work.
